Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

For the same wedding party, we suggest that you order all bridesmaid dresses at once.
If your bridesmaids are placing orders separately, please let us know that they are from the same wedding party. Thus, we will cut all dresses from the same fabric roll to ensure the color is exactly the same. Otherwise, we can't promise that the color will be exactly the same. Because different batches of fabrics will have a little color difference.

1. Order Cancellation

Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. So when customer cancels the order, we need to charge part of the materials fee. Hope you can understand this. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy
-Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it. 
-Order canceled within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 24 to 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 70% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Cancellation beyond 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 20% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
-Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us for help. 

If you want to change size or color after payment.

Please contact us 24 hours after payment. If the dress is already in the making process, and you want to change size or color, the extra cost would be charged. 

 

2. Order Exchange

If we make a wrong dress, we will accept exchange or refund. But If the customer wants to exchange for personal reasons (such as not liking the dress, buying the wrong size or color), we do not accept exchanges. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

If you buy the wrong color or size dress and want to re-order, we can give you a large discount coupon. We highly suggest you choose the size and color carefully.

 

3. Order Return

We will accept return or refund if we made the wrong dress. Customers need to send us pictures of the dress to prove we made the wrong dress.

We also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size or color you gave us. And we do not accept returns for try-order. If you just need one dress, please DO NOT order more than one dress and return other dresses you do not like. Because all dresses are made after payment, we can hardly sell them again even if they are returned.

For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note accessories are final sale.

All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided (such as frills or wrinkles). It is best to order multiple bridesmaid dresses together. If multiple dresses are ordered separately, they may have a little color difference, which is an unavoidable situation of fabric dyeing.

Please carefully follow our return guide: 
1. Contact us in 2 days after you receive the items. 
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies to the size, incorrect style, and color, etc. 
3. Item must be returned in 1-15 days upon delivery date. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise, we will refuse the return. 
4. Please fold the dress inside out. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

Lovely dress, exactly as depicted

I received this dress yesterday, exactly on the day on which I was told I could expect it at the earliest. It is beautiful and looks exactly like in the pictures on this site. The fabric is heavy and flawless, the lace is delicate and sewn onto the fabric with great care (the ornaments fully align on seams etc.). The back is stunning (though you WILL need at least one set of helping hands as it is impossible to close the 22 buttons yourself), and the slit, while very high, adds the right amount of "zest" to the dress (some of the dress's features could make it look like a mother-in-law dress, but that slit definitely moves it into a different category). I was amazed by how accurate the measurements were--I ordered a size two, thinking that I might have to alter here and there, but it fits well, even the length is right.
In spite of this glowing review, I will not keep the dress, but that's because of me, not the dress--it simply doesn't look "right" on me (I might just be too old for it :)). It's a real pity as this was the first dress I really "fell in love with" online. Considering the excellent quality of this dress, the company's unbeatable prices, and the good customer service that I have thus far received regarding the return, I will continue looking for "my" dress on this site. I still have seven months to find it . . .

Also: I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding communication, shipping times etc. I had an excellent experience: from the moment I submitted my order, JJS House kept me fully updated on the progress of its production and then on its journey to the US, step-by-step. I received notifications about the item both via e-mail and text message, in addition to being able to follow everything on the company's website.

Beautiful, quality, watch your measurements!

I was so very pleasantly surprised with the quality of my dress! Be sure to note the measurements of the size you are considering before purchasing. I was initially hesitant, but the measurements are accurate. My 'size' was 2 dress sizes larger than what I would typically purcahse. I also had a seamstress close the skirt slit just a bit, so I could sit comfortably without showing off too much! I plan on buying at least 2 more dresses from JJs for upcoming events. Thank you!

Extremely Happy!

This was my wedding dress, fitted perfectly and the quality of fabric and workmanship was astounding, I was told by many of my friends, it looked better on me than in the picture, and arrived long before I expected it to. Their communication was next level, I felt they were committed to making sure the dress arrived well and truly on time. Could not recommend JJ's House any higher.

I ordered the Sheath/Column Scoop Neck Floor-Length Lace Stretch Crepe Wedding Dress With Split Front dress as a try-on. The shipment came promptly and the dress was beautiful. It is a quality dress, the workman ship is flawless. I am a seamstress and I look for perfection in my work and I saw it in this dress. The size was spot on, the only issue is the length. I plan on ordering the dress for my wedding.
