Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Beautiful wedding dress

I absolutely loved my wedding dress. It fit perfectly. I was skeptical about ordering it online, but I'm glad I did. The quality was very impressive, and the color was perfect. It made my day extra special.

J'ai récemment acheté une robe de mariée sur ce site et je souhaite partager mon expérience.

Tout d'abord, je dois dire que la finition de la robe est absolument magnifique. Chaque détail est soigneusement travaillé, et la qualité des tissus est excellente. On peut vraiment voir que beaucoup de soin a été apporté à la confection de cette robe.

En ce qui concerne les délais de livraison, ils ont été respectés à la lettre. La robe est arrivée exactement à la date prévue, ce qui m'a rassurée, surtout avec l'approche de mon grand jour.

Cependant, j'ai rencontré un problème avec les mesures. La robe était trop grande à certains endroits. J'ai donc dû faire des retouches pour qu'elle m'aille parfaitement. C'était un peu décevant, surtout après avoir attendu avec tant d'impatience.

En résumé, je suis très satisfaite de la qualité et de la finition de la robe, ainsi que du respect des délais de livraison. Cependant, je recommande de prévoir du temps pour d'éventuelles retouches, car les mesures peuvent ne pas être parfaitement ajustées.

Im großen und ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes Kleid, wirklich von sehr guter Qualität und bestens verarbeitet 😘😘😘😘 nur bei den Ärmeln und Achseln ist es mir zu groß, bin trotzdem sehr zufrieden damit ❤️ werde das einfach ändern lassen

Outstanding quality 👌

This dress has so many beautiful layers it is an absolute joy to wear! The back is particularly stunning, by far my favourite feature! The buttons on lace are just divine!!

Please Note!!! When I opened the box this dress had a putrid smell, which went away entirely by the next day. I contacted JJsHouse about it and they said it's normal. The dress literally had no smell at all after it had been given the opportunity to air out.

Bang for the buck

Although this dress definitely does not have the highest quality lace in the world, I'm thrilled with my purchase. The dress is perfect for a photoshoot or a civil ceremony. Looks like a wedding dress you might pay three times the price for. I ordered it in Ivory but I got recommend going for the "as pictured" since the subtle pink is a lovely touch.
