Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

So pretty and comfortable!

Wrote this to a beach wedding as the MOB. It was comfortable and true to size if you use the size chart. It's well made and the quality of the material is amazing. I'm 5'5" and didn't wear shoes for length reference.

Very feminine dress

I really liked the look of this dress, although the belt/bow did tend to sag off the seam which wasn't as nice as it could have looked if there was another belt loop near where it tied or something. If I had decided to keep this dress, I would have probably done something so it would have stayed in place. I love the ruffle sleeves/neckline, but it wasn't as flattering to me as another I tried on. No one I showed my photos to of the 9 dresses I tried on picked this as their favorite on me (I think the bust area is a bit too large for me, despite the rest of the dress fitting well), but I thought it was very comfortable and feminine.

Slippery shoulder

Nice color. Nice cut. Nice back but my chest is too small and my boobs are floating in this area, and the top is sliding along my shoulder when I move. No bra friendly. Fit perfectly my waist (94cm) and hide my belly.

Great fit and flattering!

I purchased this dress as a "try-on" and I am so glad I did. It came within a week and was great reassurance in terms of size and fit. I wish it had been available in the exact color needed for the wedding (hunter green), but overall it has made it easy to now order the dress in the right color. Size worked well based on size chart. I am 153 pounds, 5 foot 6, and ordered a size 10. The only adjustment needed will be the length.

Great try on dress

This try on at home dress was great! The ordering process was super easy and the item was dispatched and delivered very quickly. The try dress was in great condition and packaged nicely, also easy to return
