Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

it was perfect

my wedding was during peak hot season in the Okanagan, Canada. I wasn't too hot in the dress at all! I did custom measurements and technically didn't need alterations. I did want the lace taken in at the armpit area for personal preference. I feel like a stunner in it and definitely received a lot of compliments. beautiful dress, worth the wait (which was absolutely reasonable and arrived as predicted in confirmation of purchase) and worth every bit of the cost which again, reasonable and fair

Wedding dress

I took this dress all the way from England to antigua in the carrabean, it did not crease and it was in my suitcase, it also after travelling there and back and being on the beach without ironing was fine again to be worn at the family wedding reception in England when we got back, I would like to thank Jj house for such a lovely dress to wear for my wedding and would highly recommend

Got sooooo many compliments

This dress was perfect the color the the sequins the lace , I did get it tailored it wasn't too much needed but once it fit like a glove omg i was IN LOVE, I'm 147lbs , 5'4 and I got me a size 12. I'm normally a size Small in shirts 4 in pants

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress!

First of all, I'd like to send a very heart felt THANK YOU to all the plus sized gals who took a chance on this dress before me and wrote a review with photos! This time last year I was heavy on the hunt for my perfect wedding dress. I am short and thick and I knew the shape of the dress needed to be just right to make my day special. From the first time I saw this dress I was in love, but at the time they only had the tall statuesque model shown in the dress. I swear I looked at it 50 times, mom and friends all agreed it wouldn't be right. Then one day I was looking at it online and lamenting when I happened to scroll down and find the reviews with photos of women my size looking fabulous in the dress!!!! I ordered it custom sized and it just needed a very minor adjustment across the shoulder/neckline.

I can not begin to express how much I love this dress, how beautiful I felt in it on my special day. I'm not sure how its possible, but it was 1000X more beautiful in person. Truly the most beautiful dress I'd even seen. It was/is very well made, surprisingly very high quality for the price, the layers were all perfect to create the beautiful flow and sparkle of this dress, the inner lining and supports very well done as well. It was also very comfortable! nothing felt restrictive or binding. Our wedding day was the hottest Labor Day weekend in more than 35 years (103 degrees) The dress remained comfortable all day. I was able to move and dance and have fun all day.
If you are even remotely on the fence about getting this dress - just do it! I promise you that you won't regret it.

Meget fornøyd

Finfin kjole til en super pris. Noen småfeil, men ikke synlig for den som ikke vet. Bruker str 48, kjøpte 52. Var litt stor i overdel, men fikk den sydd om. Ekteskap nr 2, passer fint til det.
