Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Perfect

We ordered this try-on dress for our girl. She really loves it and will wear it (in a more pink color) on our wedding day. She is 11, but we had to buy a 8y, because she is really small, and it's still a little big around the chest, but it can be fixed easy.

Beautiful dress, well made.

We were delighted with this dress which was bought for my daughter's P7 Ceilidh. It was extremely well made - we had gone for the custom fit as the standard size was not going suit. I had been slightly nervous about doing my own measurements but the instructions and advice from customer service was really helpful. All my queries were answered promptly despite the time zone difference. My daughter had a lot of compliments on her dress and really can't fault the service. I would highly recommend JJ's House for any special occasion dresses. We have not tried to clean it yet, but have noted that it states professional spot clean only.

Perfect dress for a graduation

My little 12 year old absolutely adores her year 6 graduation dress. She is quite small so according to the measurements the perfect fit was an 8. It’s snug around her chest (could use 2 more cm) otherwise it’s perfect. Super fast delivery in a week to QLD, Australia (it was sent from NSW). Thanks

My daughter (the coral dress) felt so beautiful. We can't wait for my wedding on 2 months. The smallest dress was a special sizing. the directions on how to measure were spot on! we measured the younger two while they were sleeping! These colors match the flowers in my wedding dress perfectly!
