Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Try-on at Home was Great!

Try-on at Home gave my daughter an idea of what she liked and didn't like - what materials she wanted, how the sizes fit. We tried this one in a size 4 and it felt a little tight at the waist though she was able to zip it up just fine. My daughter was looking for a modest dress and the V-neck on this one was not too low at all. She did not like how the lace design in the front dipped below the waistline. She also didn't care for the extra layer of material that went from the sides and to the back of the dress. It was a lovely dress overall and the material is nice and light. The lace design on the back was lovely, just not the right style for my daughter's preference. This would make a lovely spring or summer wedding dress with the light feel and no train.

Great dress and great price!

I purchased this dress for a small signing ceremony that I was having where I didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a dress. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the dress was - it pretty much came exactly as the photos show. I bought a size 12, which turned out to fit me pretty well and only needed slight alteration for the length. The dress runs a little tight around the shoulders, making a bit hard to lift your arms over your head. Because of the lacy nature of the upper part, there is not much give, so make sure you have the right measurements when ordering. It is better for it to run a little big than too tight. The fabric was great for the price - there are multiple layers in the skirt which will prevent underwear from showing through. There were a few loose threads and stuff that needed to be trimmed off the lace part, but nothing that majorly impacted the overall look. I liked how the zipper at the back was of a solid make and did not feel like it would snap from being tugged up. Overall, great dress and awesome value!
